CLARK offers a mobile application in which customers can manage their insurance situation in the most convenient way. International investors like Allianz X, Portage, Tencent, White Star Capital and Yabeo support us. Our team is composed of more than 600 employees across offices in Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands.

Foundation of CLARK in Frankfurt to revolutionize the insurance market with €1m seed funding
2016

Series A

CLARK receives €13.2 million in one of Europe’s largest FinTech Series A financing rounds and launches the market in Germany
2018

Series B

CLARK breaks European insurtech financing record with €20 million Series B financing round led by Portage Ventures and White Star Capital. CLARK achieves first 100,00 broker mandates
2021

Series C

CLARK receives €69 million in Series C funding from Tencent and existing investors. CLARK and finanzen Group join forces and Allianz X joins as a new investor
2022

International Market Entry

Market entry of United Kingdom, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands after closing finanzen Group acquisition
2023

M&A Expansion

Acquisition of UB Partner (CH), Anorak (UK), Schutzklick (GER) and That’s Life Group (UK). Total funding to date around €170 million
